- Welcome all visitors, clients, and customers with a warm, professional, and enthusiastic greeting upon arrival
- Direct guests to the appropriate department, staff member, or showroom area based on their specific needs
- Manage the reception and waiting lounge area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and properly stocked with refreshments
- Log visitor footfall and collect initial customer data (name, contact details, purpose of visit) into the digital portal or tablet
- Monitor and manage customer waiting times, alerting sales executives when their scheduled appointments arrive
- Answer initial, basic customer inquiries regarding company services, store hours, and location directions
- Maintain continuous awareness of the main entrance to ensure basic security and visitor protocol adherence
- Assist the administrative and sales support teams with light clerical work, filing, or data entry during low-traffic hours
- Collect customer feedback data at the exit point to support quality control metrics
- Coordinate with the floor manager to optimize visitor flow and eliminate bottlenecks during peak operational hours

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
