We're looking for motivated and self-driven individuals who want to gain real-world experience in Human Resources and Recruitment. As an HR Recruitment Intern, you'll connect with job seekers, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring teams—all while working remotely.

This internship is ideal for freshers, students, or anyone looking to start a career in HR and Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and contact candidates via phone and WhatsApp.
- Explain job opportunities to potential candidates.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate records and daily recruitment updates.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi (English is a plus).
- Smartphone or laptop with a stable internet connection.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Sheets.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Freshers are welcome.

Pay: ₹2,000.00 per month
