Job Description:

Recruitment & Staffing
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
2. Ensure positions are filled within defined timelines.
3. Maintain candidate pipeline and database.
Employee Onboarding & Induction
1. Facilitate smooth joining formalities and documentation.
2. Conduct induction/orientation sessions.
3. Ensure compliance with HR policies during onboarding.
4. HR Operations & Compliance
5. Maintain employee records and HRIS data.
6. Handle statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, labor laws).
7. Support payroll processing with accurate inputs.
Performance Management
1. Assist in goal-setting, appraisal cycles, and performance reviews.
2. Track employee performance and support managers in feedback processes.
Employee Engagement & Retention
1. Organize employee welfare, engagement, and cultural activities.
2. Conduct surveys to track employee satisfaction.
3. Work on retention initiatives to reduce attrition.
Training & Development
1.



Identify training needs with department heads.
2. Coordinate internal and external training programs.
3. Track effectiveness of training sessions.
Policy Implementation & Grievance Handling
1. Ensure employees follow company policies and procedures.
2. Assist in handling grievances and disciplinary actions.
3. Promote healthy employee relations.
HR Reporting & Analytics
1. Generate reports on headcount, attrition, recruitment status, and attendance.
2. Provide insights for management decision-making.

Requirements:
✔ MBA/PGDM in HR, or equivalent diploma in Human Resource Management.
✔ 2–5 years experience in HR operations/recruitment.
✔ Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
✔ Problem-solving and conflict resolution.
✔ Time management and organizational ability.
✔ Confidentiality and ethical approach.
