Digital Marketing Executive – Job DescriptionJob Summary

We are looking for a creative and responsible Digital Marketing Executive to manage Ricolex's digital presence, promote products, generate dealer and customer enquiries, and strengthen the company's online brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and the company website.
- Create and publish posters, reels, videos, blogs, website content, product updates and promotional campaigns.
- Design creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Update the WordPress website and perform basic SEO, keyword research and blog optimisation.
- Monitor Google Analytics, Search Console and website performance.
- Plan and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate leads for dealers, distributors and customers through digital marketing.
- Coordinate with sales, production and management teams for content and campaign execution.
- Respond professionally to online enquiries, comments, messages and reviews.
- Maintain monthly content calendars and track campaign performance, website traffic, engagement,



leads and marketing records.
- Study competitors and recommend recent digital marketing strategies.

Required Skills

- Social media marketing and content creation.
- WordPress website management.
- SEO, Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Canva, graphic design and basic video editing.
- Meta Ads and Google Ads (preferred).
- Strong communication, creativity, attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

Qualification

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Computer Science or a related field.
- Digital Marketing certification is an added advantage.
- Freshers with good practical knowledge may also apply.

Experience

0–3 years in digital marketing, social media management, SEO, website management or content creation.
