We are looking for a CRM Executive & Sales Coordinator with strong MS Excel skills, valuable communication, and excellent coordination abilities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer records, preparing reports, coordinating with the sales team, tracking orders, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments. Experience in handling CRM software, MIS reports, follow-ups, and sales support will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced jewellery industry environment. Freshers with excellent Excel knowledge and communication skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
