Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries and qualify prospective buyers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support conversions and bookings.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
- Address customer queries and ensure a positive buying experience.
- Achieve lead conversion and sales targets.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–5 years of experience in real estate sales, pre-sales, or customer relationship management is preferred.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
