Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue Generation: Set and achieve aggressive sales targets by driving conversion rates and closing deals with high-value clients. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
- Customer Experience: Ensure a welcoming atmosphere, provide expert product knowledge, and handle customer feedback or escalations to build brand loyalty. [1, 2, 3]
- Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor sales associates. This includes setting duty rosters, managing performance, and engaging the team. [1, 2]
- Showroom Presentation: Maintain high visual merchandising standards, ensuring products are impeccably displayed, test models are functional, and the store is spotless. [1, 2, 3]
- Inventory & Operations: Track stock levels, oversee restocking requests, manage point-of-sale (POS) activities, and conduct regular audits. [1, 2]
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
