Job Summary:
Under the guidelines of the superior maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the assigned area.
Established Duties:
- To abide by the rules and values of the hotel.
- To maintain positive health and preventive and measures to be to be taken to control blood borne diseases.
- To maintain clean, hygiene, odourless trash bins free from residue.
- To ensure clean, dust free and well lubricated wheels of banquets and rooms carts which should be free from any residue.
- To ensure continuous supply of clean dishes and equipment’s.
- To maintain clean, hygiene cutter and mixers free from any residue.
Kitchen Steward is a crucial part of the kitchen team, contributing to the overall success of daily operations under the guidance of superiors.
