Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and breakdown service activities.
- Schedule and coordinate service engineers for customer visits.
- Handle customer service requests and provide timely updates.
- Track service calls and ensure closure within committed timelines.
- Maintain service reports, job cards, MIS, and service documentation.
- Coordinate spare parts availability with stores and service teams.
- Follow up on billing, invoicing, and service closure documentation.
- Track AMC schedules, preventive maintenance, and service renewals.
- Ensure adherence to service processes and documentation standards.

Requirements

- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in Service Coordination, After-Sales Service, or Service Operations.
- Experience in Industrial Machinery,



Automation, SPM, Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related engineering industries is preferred.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/SAP/CRM, or service management software.
- Strong planning, coordination, and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
