Should be hands-on :
1) Photoshop
2) Illustrator
3) Any prototyping tool (InVision / Xd / UXPIN etc)
4) Immaculate oral and written communication skills
5) Portfolio to include: some UX work (Apps / website etc), some shapes (icons etc), some print media (Standees, corporate stationary etc)
6) Should have knowledge on artboards, dp – pixel ratios, typography and color palletes, Material design, 12 grid Bootstrap..
