- Profile Assessment: Evaluate client travel histories, financial documents, and personal circumstances to determine the appropriate visa category.
- Documentation Management: Collect, translate, and verify supporting documents (e.g., bank statements, employment letters, and educational certificates) to ensure they meet strict embassy standards.
- Application Processing: Accurately fill out visa application forms, draft cover letters, and submit files within government-mandated deadlines.
- Client Communication: Counsel clients on visa processes, update them on application statuses, and help them prepare for embassy interviews.
- Regulatory Compliance: Continuously monitor and adapt to evolving immigration laws, border policies, and consulate guidelines to prevent application rejections.




- Experience: Typically requires 2-4 years of hands-on experience in visa documentation, travel agency operations, or immigration law.
- Attention to Detail: The ability to catch minor errors on forms or missing stamps on documents that could otherwise lead to immediate denial.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written fluency to manage client expectations and coordinate effectively with VFS / institutions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
