Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations in our manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing invoices, GST-related activities, bank reconciliation, vendor payments, and supporting statutory compliance. Experience in a manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime / ERP.
- Prepare Sales, Purchase, Payment, Receipt, and Journal entries.
- Maintain Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Process vendor invoices and coordinate vendor payments.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS) on a regular basis.
- Maintain petty cash and cash book.




- Prepare GST data and coordinate GST return filing.
- Handle TDS entries and support statutory compliance.
- Maintain proper accounting records, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments.
- Assist in inventory reconciliation and manufacturing accounts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Valuable communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of manufacturing accounting will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
