Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage reconciliation, invoicing, GST compliance, sales accounting, and marketplace financial operations across multiple e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally, GST filings, and marketplace accounting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Payment Reconciliation

* Reconcile payments received from various sales channels including:

* FirstCry

* Cocoblu

* Hopscotch

* Shopify

* Other B2B customers

* Identify payment discrepancies and coordinate with marketplaces for resolution.

2. GST Reconciliation

* Perform monthly GSTR-1 reconciliation.

* Match sales data with GST returns.

* Ensure accurate GST reporting and compliance.

3. Invoicing

Generate and manage invoices for:

* FirstCry

* Cocoblu OR

* Cocoblu DF

* Little Runways

* Other B2B clients

* Myntra

* Flipkart

* Zepto

* Instamart

4. E-Way Bill Management

Generate and maintain E-Way Bills for dispatches across:

* FirstCry

* Cocoblu OR

* Cocoblu DF

* Little Runways

* Other B2B

* Myntra

* Flipkart

* Zepto

* Instamart

5. Sales & Returns Accounting

* Import sales and return data into Tally from:

* Myntra

* Flipkart

* Nykaa

* Shopify

* Tata Cliq

* Ajio

* Zepto

* FirstCry

* Ensure accurate accounting entries.

6. Profit & Loss Analysis

Prepare and review channel-wise P&L; reports for:

* FirstCry

* Cocoblu DF





* Cocoblu OR

* Little Runways

7. GST Reconciliation Sheet

* Update GST reconciliation sheets regularly.

* Coordinate with finance team for variance resolution.

8. Credit Notes & Debit Notes

Prepare and reconcile Credit Notes and Debit Notes for:

* FirstCry

* Cocoblu OR

* Cocoblu DF

* Little Runways

* Other B2B customers

* Myntra

* Flipkart

9. Debtor Ledger Reconciliation

* Reconcile debtor ledgers for:

* FirstCry

* Cocoblu

* Follow up on outstanding balances and discrepancies.

10. Cross-functional Coordination

* Coordinate with the Operations Team for invoicing and dispatch-related issues.

* Resolve accounting and documentation discrepancies promptly.

11. Payment Adjustments

* Process and reconcile Cocoblu payment adjustments.

* Ensure proper accounting treatment of deductions and recoveries.

12. Sales Reconciliation

* Reconcile Tally sales with:

* Outward Tax reports

* GSTR-1 sales

* Investigate and resolve any mismatches.

Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of GST laws and compliance.

* Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

* Valuable understanding of e-commerce marketplace accounting.

* Experience in payment reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.

* Knowledge of E-Way Bills and invoicing.

* Strong analytical and Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, etc.).

* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹9,774.14 - ₹34,178.97 per month
