Job Summary

The Academic Counsellor advises prospective students on international education opportunities, helping them select appropriate courses, universities, and countries based on their academic background, career goals, and financial considerations. The role involves student counselling, lead conversion, application support, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Student Counselling

- Counsel students and parents regarding study opportunities abroad.
- Assess students' academic profiles, interests, and career objectives.
- Recommend suitable courses, universities, and destinations.
- Explain admission requirements, eligibility criteria, and application procedures.

Admissions & Application Support

- Assist students in preparing applications and supporting documents.




- Review Statements of Purpose (SOPs), resumes, and recommendation letters.
- Coordinate with university admission teams.
- Track application progress and communicate updates to students.

Lead Management & Sales

- Handle inquiries received through phone, email, social media, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into enrollments.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
