The Pickup Staff is responsible for collecting customer orders from the kitchen or dispatch area, verifying order accuracy, and handing them over to delivery partners or customers in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and organize completed customer orders.
Verify items, quantity, and packaging before dispatch.
Coordinate with kitchen and billing teams to ensure timely order preparation.
Hand over orders to delivery partners or customers accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pickup area.
Resolve minor order-related issues by coordinating with the concerned department.
Ensure proper labeling and packaging of all takeaway orders.
Follow company hygiene and food safety standards.
Report any delays, missing items,
or customer complaints to the supervisor.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: SSLC / Plus Two.
Previous experience in food service or dispatch is preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene practices.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
