Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for residential or commercial projects. Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact, understanding client needs, presenting designs, and providing regular updates. Site Supervision & Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance with design specs, and uphold quality standards. Coordination & Vendor Management: Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to manage procurement of materials, fixtures, and furniture. Budgeting & Cost Control: Manage project finances, review contractor bids, and control expenses to avoid budget overruns. Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations and building codes.
