Key Responsibilities

- Handle patient enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into consultations and treatments.
- Maintain regular communication with existing patients regarding appointments and post-treatment follow-ups.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Resolve patient concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports on lead generation, conversions, and patient feedback.
- Achieve assigned conversion and revenue targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high patient satisfaction.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.




- 2–5 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Healthcare, or Hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the local language.
- Robust interpersonal, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred

- Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, cosmetic clinics, or wellness industry.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
