KEY RESPONSIBLITY:

- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Actively monitoring systems (SCADA, inverters, machinery) to ensure maximum efficiency, output, and reliability.
- Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Planning and executing scheduled inspections (lubrication, calibration) and fixing equipment breakdowns promptly.
- Safety & Compliance: Implementing safety procedures (LOTO), ensuring compliance with ISO standards, and adhering to environmental regulations.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining accurate logs, generating daily/monthly performance reports, and updating maintenance records.
- Operational Control: Managing daily operations, including startup and shutdown, and managing vendor or contractor repairs.
- Resource & Budget Management: Controlling maintenance budgets,



reducing cost per unit, and managing spare parts inventory.
- SPECIFIC ROLE EXAMPLE:
- O&M; Manager: Focuses on leading teams, conducting performance evaluations, and managing budgets/contracts.
- O&M; Engineer/Site In-Charge: Focuses on technical troubleshooting, maintenance, and hands-on site management.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
