- Supervise and coordinate daily nursing activities to ensure productive clinic operations and high-quality patient care.
- Assess, plan, implement, and monitor patient care while ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and infection control standards.
- Lead, guide, and support nursing staff, including duty allocation, performance monitoring, and on-the-job training.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient management and continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing documentation, and compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and clinic requirements.
- Monitor and manage medical supplies, medications, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper maintenance
- Handle patient concerns, emergencies, and clinical incidents promptly, ensuring appropriate escalation, documentation, and resolution.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Nursing: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

- Karnataka Nursing Counicil Registration (Required)
