Job Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sr. Executive/Executive - Accounts Payables/Receivables. The successful candidate will manage Payables/Expenses/receivables, and day-to-day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Executive -

§ Expenses Journal Vouchers

§ Payment voucher for all expenses payable

§ Filing of vouchers and papers,

§ Invoice to be booked same day as received

§ Ensuring correct allocation to cost centres

§ Statutory compliances - GST/TDS/PF

§ Issuing Eway Bill - TAT 1 hr,



Issuing Proforma & Tax invoices - TAT 1 hr

§ Filing of vouchers and papers

§ Stock Management with locations - owned & consigned§ Drafting WO

§ Drafting Salary Slips

§ Completing supporting needed for payments for logistics + operations

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s/MBA).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or Bookkeeping and compliances.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Age criteria: 30+
