Job Description – Social Media Marketing (SMM) Executive

Product – Ayurvedic & Cosmetics Brand

We are looking for a creative, performance-driven, and growth-focused Social Media Marketing (SMM) Executive to manage and scale our digital presence across social media and e-commerce platforms for our Ayurvedic & Cosmetics brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and execute paid advertising campaigns on:
- Facebook
- Instagram
- Google Ads
- YouTube
- LinkedIn
- Snapchat
- Pinterest
- X (Twitter)
- Manage and optimize ads on e-commerce platforms:
- Amazon
- Flipkart
- Nykaa
- Meesho
- Shopify
- Create engaging content strategies for Ayurvedic, skincare, beauty, wellness, and cosmetic products.
- Monitor campaign performance, ROAS, conversions, and audience engagement.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and influencers for campaign execution.
- Handle social media calendars, reels, promotions, product launches, and festive campaigns.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market trend research in beauty & wellness industry.
- Generate leads, increase online sales, and improve brand awareness.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Requirements





- 1–4 years experience in Social Media Marketing / Performance Marketing.
- Experience in running Meta Ads & Google Ads is mandatory.
- Knowledge of e-commerce advertising and marketplace promotions.
- Basic understanding of Ayurveda, skincare, beauty, or wellness industry preferred.
- Creative mindset with strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, AI tools, Photoshop, or video editing is an advantage.

Qualification

- Graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Digital Marketing certifications preferred.
