We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company data while ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy. The candidate should be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and possess excellent typing and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and ERP/software.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as required.
- Maintain digital and physical records systematically.
- Review and correct data discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect required information.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.
- Perform other administrative and office support tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Good typing speed (30–40 WPM preferred) with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of office procedures and computer operations.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP or CRM software.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
