About the Role
Webskitters Academy is seeking a passionate and experienced UI/UX Trainer who can mentor aspiring designers and help them build industry-relevant skills in User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Design. The ideal candidate should possess strong practical knowledge of modern design principles, design tools, prototyping, and user-centered design methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom and practical training sessions on UI/UX Design.
- Train students on industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Teach design fundamentals including:
- Design Thinking
- User Research
- Wireframing
- Information Architecture
- User Flows
- Prototyping
- Usability Testing
- Visual Design Principles
- Guide students in creating real-world projects and portfolio-ready case studies.
- Conduct assessments, assignments, and project reviews.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and learning resources.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and industry practices.
- Mentor students regarding career opportunities, portfolio building, and interview preparation.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve curriculum and training quality.
