Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Executive – Warehouse to manage day-to-day operations of our fire extinguisher warehouse. The role involves overseeing inventory, ensuring proper storage, coordinating dispatches, and maintaining compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of fire extinguishers.

Ensure accurate inventory management through regular stock checks.

Maintain proper documentation (inward/outward, GRN, challans, invoices).

Coordinate with logistics, procurement,



and sales teams for smooth operations.

Ensure adherence to warehouse safety and compliance standards.

Lead and guide warehouse staff for effective execution of activities.

Support audits and reporting requirements as needed.

Requirements:

Graduate with 3–4 years of warehouse experience (preferably handling safety equipment or industrial products).

Knowledge of warehouse processes, documentation, and ERP systems.

Strong organizational and team-handling skills.

Basic understanding of safety standards in warehouse operations
