Android Security Researcher / Android OS Developer Experience • Minimum 1 year of experience in Android Development. • Candidate must have developed and deployed at least 2 Android applications. Key Responsibilities • Analyze Android OS components and identify potential security vulnerabilities. • Work on Android internals, custom ROM environments, and low-level Android architecture. • Perform Android runtime analysis, reverse engineering, and debugging. • Research Android framework behavior and system-level security mechanisms. • Assist in vulnerability assessment and security testing of Android applications and services. Required Technical Skills • Strong understanding of Android application development lifecycle. • Experience working with Android SDK and Android Studio. • Good understanding of Android architecture and framework components. Android Internals & System Knowledge • Understanding of Android Kernel. • Understanding of Recovery systems. • Understanding of Android partitions. • Understanding of Android boot process. • Knowledge of Custom ROM development. • Knowledge of Android versions up to Android 15.



Programming Languages • Strong proficiency in at least one of the following: Java, Kotlin, or C++. Security & Reverse Engineering Skills • Practical understanding of SELinux. • Knowledge of Binder IPC. • Understanding of Android Components. • Knowledge of ActivityManager and PackageManager. • Understanding of DEX internals and SMALI. • Knowledge of reverse engineering concepts. Tools & Platforms • Experience or familiarity with Frida. • Experience or familiarity with Ghidra. • Experience or familiarity with Metasploit. • Knowledge of ADB and Android debugging tools. • Comfortable working in Linux environments. Preferred Qualifications • Interest in Android security research and vulnerability analysis. • Understanding of Android runtime hooking and instrumentation concepts. • Familiarity with Linux internals and process management. • Solid debugging and analytical skills. Education • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹53,146.67 per month
