Job Role

- Handle inbound and outbound customer leads

- Speak with corporate clients and understand requirements

- Share product details, quotations, and follow-ups

- Maintain customer relationships and support sales closures

- Coordinate with internal team for smooth order processing

Eligibility

- Good communication skills

- Confidence in speaking with customers

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, calls, and email communication preferred
