Primary responsibility will be to attend inbound enquiries over the call and achieve sales target.

Enquiries can come from pan india so most of the sales will be over the call process , over the sms process or over the email process . Candidate should have positive prior experience in counselling over the call and should be well versed with supporting technologies . Following are the responsibilities of Education counsellor :-

- To look after the training and placement activities of students by having an close liaison with industry for placement of students.

-Lead management and Managing the sales pipeline.
- To have the recruitment of Team and Counselors
- To take care of Mohali Branch for all of its Hiring of counselors, accounts and Administrations.
- To work in consultation with Coordinator Industry-Institute Interaction for organizing lectures from the professionals from industry for Placements of Students after their training.




- Arrange Training programs for soft skills and for interview facing skills for the students using institutional and external expertise.
- Responsible for all the activities related to Trainings & Placements of the students of B.Tech, MBA & MCA in company's premises and arranging training and placement solutions for colleges ( in house)
- Responsible for Tie-Ups with Companies and corporate relations for the final placements of students.
- Giving seminar and workshops on Personality Development, Current and future Placement scenario and Interview preparations.
- Interaction with College of Punjab, Himachal Pradesh & Haryana for selling training and placements solutions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
