The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to senior management, driving business performance, operational excellence, financial discipline, and sustainable growth across all functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee complete India operations covering manufacturing, retail, finance, administration, and statutory compliance.
- Act as a key business partner to senior management by providing strategic insights, analysis, and decision support.
- Drive overall business performance, profitability, and sustainable growth across all verticals.
- Monitor and manage budgets, cash flow, financial planning, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure strong financial controls, timely MIS reporting,



and continuous process improvements.
- Oversee factory operations with a focus on efficiency, productivity, quality, and inventory control.
- Drive retail performance through sales monitoring, expansion initiatives, and operational improvements.
- Lead and guide department heads, ensuring clear accountability, performance management, and alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, audit requirements, and corporate governance standards.

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
