Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students (walk-ins, calls, website leads, social media inquiries)
- Understand student background (B.Tech, BCA, Diploma, Job seeker, etc.)
- Suggest suitable IT / software training programs
- Explain course content, duration, fees, certifications, and placement support
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
- Maintain student database & CRM records
- Coordinate with trainers and placement team
- Achieve monthly admission targets
Required Skills
- Valuable communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Basic knowledge of IT courses (Python, Java, Cloud, Data Science, etc.)
- Sales & convincing ability
- Confidence in handling student queries
- Basic computer & CRM knowledge
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
