Position: Design Architect

Qualification: B. Arch / Diploma in Architecture

Experience: Minimum 5+ Years (Industrial Project Experience Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs.
- Prepare layouts, plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with Structural, PEB, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical, and MEPF teams. Prepare 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials.
- Participate in client meetings and design discussions.
- Review consultant and vendor drawings for coordination.
- Prepare BOQs, specifications, reports, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
- Support execution teams with design clarifications during construction.





Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture.
- COA Registration preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in Architectural Design Consultancy.
- Strong preference for candidates with Industrial Project experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, V-Ray, and related software.
- Good understanding of industrial building planning, coordination, and construction practices.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
