- 8+ years of overall IT experience with extensive hands-on experience in the ServiceNow platform.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced **ServiceNow Technical Architect **to lead the design, architecture, implementation, and optimization of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, ITSM, CMDB, integrations, workflow automation, and enterprise solution design. This role requires technical leadership, mentoring capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-performing ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and architect scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions.
- Lead ServiceNow platform architecture, solution design, and implementation initiatives.
- Design and govern CMDB architecture in alignment with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
- Implement and support ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
- Develop and manage integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and Spokes.
- Design workflow automation using Flow Designer and ServiceNow Workflows.
- Develop custom solutions using JavaScript, Glide Scripting, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.




- Implement ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping solutions.
- Manage platform upgrades, release planning, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Define security architecture, including ACLs, roles, and access controls.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and present technical solutions.
- Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership throughout project delivery.
- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹160,000.00 per month
