Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Compliance Executive with a solid background in the construction industry. The role involves managing end-to-end contractor compliance, statutory documentation, payroll processing, and liaisoning with government authorities. The candidate must have hands-on experience in handling labour laws and contractor workforce compliance at site level.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage contractor onboarding, compliance, and monitoring as per statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, BOCW, etc.).
- Maintain and verify contractor documentation including licenses, agreements, registrations, and statutory records.
- Ensure complete compliance for contractor workforce, including wage records, attendance, and statutory registers.
- Handle PF & ESIC challans, returns, and reconciliation for contractor and site workforce.
- Process payroll ensuring accurate salary calculations, deductions,



and compliance with statutory norms.
- Liaison with government authorities (PF Office, ESIC, Labour Department) and manage inspections, notices, and submissions.
- Track compliance status, highlight gaps, and ensure timely closure.

Requirements:

- Graduate in HR or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in payroll and statutory compliance
- Mandatory experience in construction/building projects
- Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, and contractor compliance
- Good command over MS Excel and ERP systems
