We are seeking a talented and motivated PLC Program Engineer to join our dynamic team in the field of automation or machine manufacturing. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing PLC programs for industrial automation systems.

We are looking for a PLC & Automation Engineer for our machine manufacturing company.

Our work involves practical industrial automation like:

* PLC Programming (Ladder Logic)

* HMI Programming

* SCADA (added advantage)

* Servo, Stepper & VFD control

* Analog I/O scaling (0-10V, 4-20mA)

* Sensors, Load Cell, Pressure & Temperature control

* Machine testing, troubleshooting & commissioning

If you have practically completed around 80% of the above work and can independently develop PLC/HMI programs, we welcome you for the further selection process.

Duties and responsibilities:

· At least 2-8 year of relevant experience in PLC & HMI programming in any automation Industries.

· Designing and developing PLC programs and HMI programming for industrial machines and automation systems.

· Create user-friendly interfaces that display real-time data and allow for control.

· Implementing HMI layouts, developing logical sequences, alarming and notification systems while HMI programming





· Understanding project requirements & Specification

· Troubleshooting PLC platforms, creating wiring diagrams

· Conduct testing and validation of PLC programs to ensure functionality and reliability.

· Maintain accurate records of PLC and HMI programs for future reference and troubleshooting.

· Generate detailed documentation, including functional specifications, user manuals

· Coordinating with the production team for seamless integration

Experience: At least 2-8 year of relevant experience in PLC& HMI programming in any automation Industries. Recently done PLC Programming Course can be applied.

Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma (Electrical/Electronics)

Additional course: FATEK PLC & Kinco HMI automation course

Skills: Familiarity with FATEK PLC and Kinco HMI systems, Proficient in understanding logics related to PLC, Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
