About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Systems Administrator to be stationed at the client location to manage day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, information security, and end-user support. The role will also be responsible for supporting the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the organization's ISMS framework.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily IT operations and provide end-user support.
- Administer Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Manage endpoint security, MDM, user access, backups, and patch management.
- Monitor servers, networks, and overall IT infrastructure.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and the ticketing system.
- Support ISMS implementation, documentation, and compliance activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and submit periodic IT and security reports.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Systems Administration.
- Solid hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365,



Google Workspace, networking, and endpoint security solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, MDM platforms, backup solutions, and IT asset management.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Working knowledge of ISO 27001 / ISMS concepts will be an added advantage.
- Preferred Experience
- Certifications or hands-on experience with Microsoft Technologies, Apple/macOS Administration, Enterprise Firewalls, Endpoint Security, and MDM solutions (such as Sophos, ManageEngine, Microsoft Intune, or similar).
- Experience managing IT infrastructure and end-user support for organizations with 200+ users.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and management.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
