We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer with 8+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in routing, switching, security, and network troubleshooting, along with proven experience managing stakeholders, leading critical incidents, and driving infrastructure improvements.

This role requires an individual who can work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure high availability, security, and performance of enterprise network environments.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Data Centre environments.

· Provide Level 3 support for complex network incidents, problem management, and root cause analysis.

· Configure, troubleshoot, and optimise routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and VPN solutions.

· Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity to ensure optimal service delivery.

· Lead major incident resolution and coordinate with cross-functional technical teams.

· Collaborate with security teams to implement network security best practices and compliance requirements.

· Manage network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure transformation initiatives.

· Work closely with vendors and service providers for issue resolution and project execution.

· Participate in change management, risk assessment, and disaster recovery planning.

· Develop and maintain network architecture diagrams, operational documentation, and standard operating procedures.





· Mentor junior network engineers and provide technical guidance across the team.

· Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, project managers, and senior leadership on project status, risks, and operational updates.

Required Skills

· Strong expertise in enterprise networking concepts including TCP/IP, VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, and VPN technologies.

· Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, or similar enterprise networking technologies.

· Experience configuring and troubleshooting enterprise firewalls (Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, etc.).

· Strong understanding of network security principles and segmentation.

· Experience with SD-WAN technologies is highly preferred.

· Knowledge of wireless networking solutions and controllers.

· Experience with network monitoring and management tools.

· Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage.

· Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills.

· Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Stakeholder Management

· Act as the primary technical point of contact for network-related initiatives.

· Collaborate with business units to understand infrastructure requirements.

· Coordinate with infrastructure, cloud, security,



and application teams for seamless service delivery.

· Engage with external vendors and partners to manage escalations and project deliverables.

· Present technical updates, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.

· Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, PCNSE, NSE, or equivalent are highly preferred.

· ITIL Foundation certification is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹1,043,116.36 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
