Job Title: Quality Engineer – Civil

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Engineer – Civil to oversee and ensure the quality of materials, workmanship, and construction processes in line with project specifications, codes, and client requirements. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing quality assurance and control systems at the site and support successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor all quality-related activities on the construction site and ensure compliance with standards.
- Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in office construction work, and finished activities.
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation such as inspection reports, quality checklists, and material test records.
- Review project specifications, drawings, and technical documents for quality requirements.
- Coordinate with site engineers and subcontractors for timely inspection and quality clearance.
- Identify non-conformances, raise NCRs, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Supervise testing of construction materials (concrete, steel, soil, aggregates, etc.)



as per IS/ASTM codes.
- Liaise with third-party laboratories, consultants, and clients for quality related inspections and approvals.
- Support in preparing Method Statements, ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans), and QAPs (Quality Assurance Plans).
- Maintain proper documentation for ISO/Client audits and participate in internal/external audits.
- Ensure safety and quality protocols are followed throughout construction processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in quality assurance/control in civil construction projects.
- Sound knowledge of IS codes, QA/QC procedures, materials testing, and civil construction techniques.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and basic documentation tools.
- Strong observational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and quality management systems is an added advantage.

- Industrial / Commercial / Infrastructure / Residential / PEB Projects
