HardToonz is one of India's biggest animated comedy YouTube channels — 4.5M+ subscribers, 60M+ views in the last four months, and some of the highest audience-retention numbers in the Indian animation space. We create original Hindi animated series (Scary Indian High School, Wild Streets of India) loved by millions of young Indians. We are building a full-scale animation studio and hiring the core creative team that will grow with us. Work Mode: All roles are fully onsite at our Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh studio. The first month is remote onboarding, after which all roles transition fully onsite at Ratlam — candidates should be ready to relocate. Working days are 6 days a week (Monday–Saturday). Candidates must bring their own devices (laptop/workstation). Freshers welcome. We are open to talented freshers as well as experienced candidates across all roles. Portfolio/work samples are mandatory — profiles without samples will not be processed.

Responsibilities

- Own the overall creative vision and quality bar for all episodes





- Review and approve scripts, storyboards, and final cuts

- Coordinate with the reporting head on new series and content strategy

- Lead and mentor the creative team across writing, animation, and design

- Ensure consistency of tone, style, and comedy voice across all conten

+ Requirements

- Portfolio of directed/produced creative work mandatory

- Strong understanding of comedy storytelling and visual direction

- Proven ability to give clear, actionable creative feedback

- Experience: 0–3 years (freshers welcome)

+ Good to Have

- Background in animation, film, or digital content production

- Familiarity with YouTube audience dynamics and short-form content

- Hindi fluency and solid understanding of Indian pop culture

Pay: ₹18,336.74 - ₹25,000.00 per month
