Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients/members/stakeholders
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, concerns, and requirements
- Identify opportunities for business growth and client retention
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client needs
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain accurate records of client interactions
- Organize and support meetings, events, or presentations as required
- Achieve targets related to client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction
- Prepare periodic reports on relationship management activities
Candidate Requirements
Education:
- Commerce graduate preferred (B.Com or equivalent)
- Hotel Management students are also preferred with front desk experience
- Graduates from other disciplines are also welcome to apply
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English (spoken primarily)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Positive negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, etc.)
- Self-motivated with a positive, client-focused attitude
Experience:
- Freshers can apply; prior experience in client servicing, sales, or relationship management will be an added advantage

- Salary: As per industry standards / negotiable based on experience

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
