The AVP - Business Development acts as the first point of contact for potential clients with the business and informs potential clients about MPC's services. We are looking for those who have cutting-edge ideas, entrepreneurial qualities, and enjoy tackling new challenges. To excel in this role, you should have a compelling sales personality and have a track record of building a sustainable client base.

Responsibilities will include:

- Research companies and founders to identify new business opportunities





- Identify key decision makers within prospective clients and strategically connect with them to promote our services

- Contact potential clients to arrange meetings/pitches

- Develop and manage a sales pipeline

- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

- Use knowledge of the market and competitors to amplify and position key differentiators to drive positive sales outcomes.

Role requirements:

- Masters' degree/ MBA in business, marketing, or related field from a reputed University/College

- 3-5 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or business development

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent organizational skills

- Client-oriented attitude with professionalism.

- A self-starter with ability to flourish with minimal guidance and handle uncertainty.

- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Ability to train and mentor team members
