Job Title: Operations Executive – Hospital

Location: Eden Critical Care Hospital, Chandigarh

Qualification:

* MHA (Master of Hospital Administration) preferred

* OR Bachelor’s degree with relevant hospital operations experience

Experience:

* 1–3 years of experience in hospital operations

* Fresh MHA graduates with internship experience in hospital administration may also apply

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate day-to-day hospital operations to ensure smooth functioning.

* Monitor and support OPD, IPD, Emergency, ICU, Laboratory, Radiology, Pharmacy, and other departments.

* Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and quality protocols.

* Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and support services for efficient patient care.

* Handle patient concerns and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.

* Prepare daily operational reports and maintain departmental records.

* Monitor staff attendance, duty rosters, and operational discipline.

* Coordinate with HR, Biomedical, Housekeeping,



Maintenance, and other departments.

* Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

* Ensure proper utilization of hospital resources and maintain service quality.

Required Skills:

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities

* Leadership and team management skills

* Knowledge of hospital operations and healthcare standards

* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Salary: As per experience and interview performance.

Preferred Candidate:

* MHA-qualified candidates or professionals with relevant hospital operations experience.

* Candidates with positive organizational and coordination skills will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
