Role Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, consulting prospective clients, understanding their business requirements, and converting them into customers through effective communication and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective clients through calls and virtual meetings.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable consulting services.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Update all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.




- Stay updated on Startup India, MSME schemes, funding opportunities, and company offerings.
- Prepare daily activity reports and sales updates.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
- Good presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, MBA, or equivalent preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Tele Sales, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Freshers with solid communication skills are encouraged to apply.
