About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and goal-oriented Study Abroad Counsellor to join our growing team. If you enjoy interacting with students, guiding them toward international education opportunities, and working in a target-driven setting, we'd love to hear from you.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply. Experienced candidates will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities.
- Understand students' academic background and career goals to recommend suitable universities and courses.
- Guide students through the admission process from inquiry to enrollment.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and direct meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth processing of applications.




- Maintain accurate student records and update the CRM/system regularly.
- Participate in educational events, seminars, and promotional activities when required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet).
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Experience in study abroad counselling is preferred but not mandatory.
