Registered Nurse (RN) / Staff Nurse

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Nurse to provide high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will assess patients' health needs, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess, monitor, and record patients' medical conditions and vital signs.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Assist physicians during examinations and medical procedures.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first aid or life support when necessary.
- Ensure infection control and patient safety standards are followed.
- Collaborate with doctors, therapists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications

- Diploma, Bachelor's degree,



or equivalent qualification in Nursing.
- Valid nursing license/registration as required by local regulations.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is an advantage.
- Previous clinical experience is preferred but not always required.

Salary

Salary is based on qualifications, experience, location, and the employing organization.

Pay: ₹18,086.00 - ₹40,606.10 per month
