About the Role

We looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Email Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns for our global technology conferences. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with email automation platforms, audience segmentation, campaign optimization, and analytics. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive audience engagement and event registrations through email marketing.

Required Skills

� 2–3 years of hands-on experience in email marketing.

â—� Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Fluent English is mandatory).

â—� Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp,



Brevo, HubSpot, MailerLite, Smartlead, or similar tools.

â—� Strong understanding of audience segmentation, email automation, drip campaigns, and workflow creation.

â—� Knowledge of email deliverability, domain reputation, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and email authentication.

â—� Experience in A/B testing and campaign optimization.

â—� Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.

â—� Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template editing is an added advantage.

â—� Robust analytical skills with experience using campaign performance metrics.

â—� High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
