Job Title: Social Media Manager (Intern / Junior)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and camera-friendly Social Media Manager who is passionate about content creation and personal branding. You will be responsible for planning, creating, shooting, editing, and publishing engaging content across our social media platforms to build brand awareness and drive audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute social media content calendars.

Shoot high-quality reels, videos, and behind-the-scenes content.

Edit reels and short-form videos using mobile or desktop editing tools.

Create engaging posts, stories, carousels, and promotional content.

Write attractive captions and relevant hashtags.

Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.

Coordinate with the founder and team for content ideas and execution.

Cover office events, meetings, product launches, and company activities.

Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and trending audio.

Monitor social media performance and prepare basic monthly reports.

Respond to comments and messages when required.





Help build the company's online presence and employer brand.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.

Good photography and videography skills.

Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar.

Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling.

Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

Confidence in recording videos and directing shoots.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate or pursuing graduation in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or related field.

Previous internship or personal social media content creation experience is a plus.

Portfolio or sample reels will be preferred.
