Role Overview

The role focuses on client engagement, outreach and lead generation, conducting awareness sessions

and presentations, handling enquiries, maintaining follow-ups and reports, and building strong client

relationships while representing the company professionally.

Key Responsibilities

 Conduct outreach activities and support lead generation initiatives.

 Understand and explain the company's services and offerings to prospective clients.

 Conduct client meetings, awareness sessions, and basic presentations.

 Handle and manage enquiries through inbound and outbound communication channels.

 Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and clients.

 Prepare daily activity updates and status reports for the team lead.

 Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.

 Support brand visibility and represent the organization professionally during client

interactions.





Preferred Background

 Graduate in any discipline

 Good communication skills (English and Malayalam preferred)

 Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office applications

 Experience in Business Development, Client Relations, Sales, Marketing, or Customer

Engagement roles

 Prior experience in lead generation, client outreach, or relationship management is

preferred

 Exposure to conducting presentations, awareness sessions, or promotional activities is an

advantage

 Solid networking and relationship-building skills
