Key Responsibilities

1. Curriculum & Studio Leadership

- Design Pedagogy: Developing and delivering course modules on design thinking, ergonomics, and material science.
- Studio Mentorship: Leading "Design Studios" where students work on hands-on projects, providing critical feedback (critiques) to refine their work.
- Tech Integration: Staying ahead of the curve by incorporating AI-driven design, sustainable manufacturing, and 3D printing into the syllabus.

2. Technical Expertise

- Prototyping: Teaching high-fidelity prototyping using tools like SolidWorks, Rhino, or Fusion 360.
- Manufacturing Knowledge: Explaining various production processes, such as injection molding, CNC machining, and sustainable material sourcing.
- User-Centric Design: Guiding students through user research,



persona building, and usability testing.

3. Industry & Career Development

- Portfolio Building: Assisting students in creating industry-standard portfolios that showcase both their process and final outputs.
- Industry Liaising: Leveraging personal and professional networks to bring in guest lecturers, industry projects, and internship opportunities for students.
- Jury Participation: Organizing and leading "Jury" rounds where external experts evaluate student projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
