Deep Connection is a child development and therapy platform focused on improving the lives of children with developmental, behavioral, learning, and communication challenges through evidence-based online and offline interventions. We work with families across India to provide high-quality therapy services while ensuring a seamless experience for parents and therapists.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support the day-to-day operations of our online therapy programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and creating efficient processes in a quick-growing healthcare startup.

The intern will work closely with the founders and clinical team to ensure smooth execution of therapy schedules, patient onboarding, therapist coordination, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate scheduling of online therapy sessions between therapists and families.
- Manage patient onboarding, documentation, and follow-up processes.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of therapy records and operational databases.
- Coordinate with therapists regarding schedules, attendance, and session updates.
- Handle communication with parents regarding appointments, rescheduling, and general support.
- Monitor daily operational workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Support billing, payment tracking, and documentation wherever required.




- Assist in implementing and improving SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including clinical, marketing, and technology.
- Resolve operational issues promptly to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Support new initiatives, pilot projects, and process automation.

- Prior internship experience in operations, healthcare, edtech, or startups is an advantage.

Qualifications

- MBA (Final Semester) or MBA Graduate.
- Specialization in Operations, Healthcare Management, General Management, or Business Analytics preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
