Job Summary
Dr MEDITECH SURGICAL AND DIAGNOSTICS (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage invoicing, GST billing, E-way bill generation, and payment follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally software and strong knowledge of billing procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and process invoices, bills, and receipts using Tally software
- Prepare and manage E-Way Bills as per GST regulations
- Maintain billing records and customer accounts in Tally
- Verify billing data and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams for order confirmation
- Follow up on outstanding payments
- Maintain proper billing documentation and reports
- Ensure compliance with GST regulations and company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate (Commerce background preferred)
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime
- Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing, and billing procedures
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Robust numerical and analytical skills
- Ability to work under deadlines
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in billing/accounts (Tally experience preferred)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
