- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of project objectives and technical solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Solid experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software components within complex enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow between SAP modules and external systems.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain system stability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business-oriented solutions.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
